We are efficient and quick when it comes to Dry-lining, ensuring a flat and level finish whether the boards are dabbed or screwed, fixed to walls or metal work. Typically plasterboard is used for to cover exterior wall surfaces in modern buildings, conversions or extensions. It is also used because it provides a quicker, easier and more cost effective solution than using bricks or blocks.
CJP have extensive experience in installing studwork to form interior partition walls and to create wall linings. Partitions are perhaps the most common use for plaster boarding and studwork. Partition walls are a modern and practical way to create separation between internal spaces, to split a room or to add internal features and facilities like an ensuite, utility room or storage space to your home.
We provide a full range of insulation packages here at CJP Northwest. Insulation is a cost effective way of keeping your energy bills down and making sure the building stays warm…it also provides more of a soundproof membrane which plasterboard itself doesn’t.
Suspended ceilings enables the client to use products such as spotlights and make the project look sleek and smoother. It is also a way to insulate the ceilings. CJP Northwest makes sure that space is allowed for wires and pipework in between the main ceiling and the suspended one to provide better aesthetic value.
